Each chakra represents a different psychological and emotional state and is connected to different organs, endocrine glands and parts of the physical body - when there is a disruption within the chakras all these areas can become impacted at some level.

Our chakras develop during childhood and are imprinted with information, energy, beliefs and emotions that form how we go on to perceive life. These invisible wounds shape our lives as adults - our sense of self, the type of relationships we attract and even our ability to hold money.

Each session we will explore patterns, challenges and triggers occurring in your life whilst delving into your own childhood and soul memory.

During the program you will receive specific healings towards each chakra, as you heal your own childhood wounds you will unlock a deeper understanding of what is occurring within your own field.

Each session will be approximately 90-minutes and will include a healing and Zoom discussion/check-in. During each session we will focus on a specific chakra and associated areas.

Week 1: Hara and intentionality - opening container

Week 2: Root Chakra and healing - stability

Week 3: Sacral Chakra and healing - passion

Week 4: Solar Plexus Chakra and healing - identity

Week 5: Heart Chakra and healing - love

Week 6: Throat Chakra and healing - expression

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When you complete the online form you will have the option to select your preferred payment plan. Once your form has been submitted you will be contacted by email to confirm dates/times and payment.

    You can also email contactyhg@gmail.com with your preferred payment plan and it will be set-up for you.

  • No problem, we can look at having shorter online discussions at a time that mutually works and we can connect via voicenotes by email or WhatsApp. Healings are remote where you can either be on the Zoom call or not.

  • Yes you will have email or WhatsApp access to me for the duration of the program. If you have any immediate questions or would like to share what is showing up for you in-between session you may reach out.

  • There will be one 90-minute session per week. Outside of this you may wish to hold space to reflect and track what is showing up for you. Things will organically show up in your life/emotions, there is no set time you need to invest outside of sessions.

  • You will be held in a safe space where you can explore and share as much as you are comfortable with. Layers of healing may take place without verbal discussion.

  • Sessions can either be weekly or fortnighly depending on your preference.

  • Once a core wound is healed you will notice that what use to trigger you in relation to it simply will no longer happen.

    You may notice that in-between sessions you are more triggered by people and situations in your life, this is bringing the wounds to the surface for healing.
