About your session
There is a vast range of healing techniques and protocols available, every session will be unique and bespoke to you and what is showing up for you at the time and that is of your highest benefit.
Sessions begin with a short connection call over Zoom, we will then close the call as you relax in your own space for the healing or you may stay on the call.
If our timezones do not align, we can arrange for a healing to be done during your sleep state or a bespoke time that is suitable for us both.
Once your healing session has been completed you will be emailed a personal audio file explaining in detail what was worked on and what showed up during your session.
When booking your session, I recommend allowing yourself some time for integration following your session.
